Lexus of Berwick ambassador Bianca Chatfield

Bianca Chatfield

Bianca was one of the youngest players ever to have debuted for the Australian Diamonds at the age of only 18. She made a name for herself on the court as one of the toughest defenders in the country and was soon recognised as one of the most respected leaders in women's sport.

Since retiring from the sport in 2015, her career has grown from strength to strength. Bianca splits her time advocating for women in sport through media and educating on leadership and how to develop a high performance mindset to get the best out of yourself whether that be in the sporting or business worlds.

Currently, Bianca spends her time in various media roles in both TV and radio. Specifically, Bianca is a regular panellist on Fox Sports GAME DAY LIVE and the ABC’s Sideliners as well as a regular on SEN and Macquarie Sports Radio.

In addition to this, Bianca is a sought after MC, keynote speaker and she also facilitates leadership workshops.

As an extension of Bianca’s online leadership program The Ignition Project, in 2016 Bianca launched her first book called Game On which seeks to empower women to find their passion, navigate through the fear of change, and nail down a game plan to make it happen.

Bianca, together with Victoria University Sport, has developed a High Performance Academy through which she provides high performance netball coaching to a group of young women who share the desire of playing netball at the elite level.

In early 2016, Bianca took on a six month co-hosting role (the breakfast segment) on Eon Sports Radio, Australia’s first national 24-7 sports radio station, where she covered all things sports.

In addition to this, Bianca provided special comments and sideline commentary for the ANZ Championships on Fox Sports. She provides opinion pieces for the Herald Sun newspaper.
